Where’s the Beef?

Classes are held rain or shine and are located in Kitsilano at Connaught Park on 10th Avenue between Vine St. and Larch St., Vancouver BC. You’ll see us set up on the grounds between the Kitsilano Community Centre and the Rugby Clubhouse.

Beef Boot Camp’s NO WHINING Policy:

The only type of “whine” we like is in a bottle on a dinner table accompanying a nice slab of beef. At Beef Boot Camp we don’t take well to whiners. You’ve signed up, you want to improve your health, you want to look great naked. So don’t whine about it and just do it. Of course, please feel free to grunt, snort, pray or dry-heave. We love those sounds, it means you’re working hard!
