So you want to beef up your workout routine? Good for you! Follow the four easy steps below and you’ll be sweating and smiling in no time.
Step 1
Fill out and Print the required forms. Adobe Reader is required to complete the sign-up forms

, stating your desired Session (ex. March 2 - March 26, 2009), Class Time (ex. 9:00am - 10:00am) and Frequency (ex. Mondays & Wednesdays). You will receive confirmation via email along with any other relevant information. If you do not receive an email confirmation prior to your first day of class, please check your spam folders or contact us to confirm.
Step 3
Ensure you’ve got a mat, water, and a winning attitude. Bring these items, along with the required forms and payment to your first day of class. The total amount due is calculated for you on your Sign-up form. Cash or cheque only please.
Step 4
Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to your first day of class in order to hand in forms, payment, etc., and receive your Fitness Journal and special treat!
Voila! You’re good to go!
